My sister and I (who live in other states) are very thankful for Chris who took care of our 95-year-old dad with patience and integrity. I spoke with Chris on the phone after the initial consultation and knew Dad was in good hands. When his new door was installed, Dad told us how happy he was. He’s very particular so that’s not always easy to achieve. We’re very grateful to Chris and Elite.

Robert is awesome! Called to tell me he was in the way and was on time. Very knowledgeable about the service and his product. I highly recommend Robert and Elite Overhead Garage Doors.

Robert fixed bracket temporarily. I will need a new door. He was professional in his work. I think it was expensive between $149 for service call and $150 for labor for a 1 hour service call.

Got cut off by one of their work trucks. The guy was speeding, driving recklessly waving his finger out the window. Road raging in a work truck is very unprofessional. I would never hire this company.

Outstanding! Timely, professional, and thorough. Josh was extremely good to us. Called late on Sunday and he showed up first thing on Monday morning with the parts, and knowledge to get the garage door up and working properly. Would give him six stars but that wasn’t offered.

They were quick to schedule. Josh was early to the call and texted us before hand. He was friendly and found a quick inexpensive solution to our issues. We will use them again.

Josh was incredible.. he diagnosed what was wrong and it was catostrphic and he fixed it immediately.. the garage door was unsafe.. literally saved my life. He deserves 10 stars!!!

Mike was great! He came out the next morning after we called him the night before. He was on time, and communicated with us when he was on the way. He did a great job of fixing our garage door and we can now get our car out! Yea! Thanks Mike-Connie & David
