We moved into a new construction home in September in Parkins Mill. Chris. was a one man show of precision putting in our new double car garage door. He did a spectacular job. We had a slight problem with the manual release handle and one call was all it took. Dury, cut his lunch short and came out within the hour to fix the problem. Great expertise and wonderful customer service describes this company!

greatest experience ever. issue started when double car garage door came off the track, one bracket broke and 3 rollers fell out, leaving the door vey lopsided and ( in my opinion ) very dangerous to be around. I called Upstate Door as soon as they opened.. One hour later, Dury, from Upstate Door, showed up. He was done and pulling out my drive 30-60 min later. Leaving the door was fully repaired and functional. I can not say thank you enough. Hope to never see them again but if my garage door ever has issues again I will ONLY call them and request Dury be the tech they send, THANK YOU!!!!!

I am giving 5 stars because I can’t give 10. From the minute I called and spoke to Daniel, I knew it was going to be a great experience…. They checked out the 50 year old door in the warehouse and said they may have the parts at their warehouse and sure enough, they did…. They came back out and likely had to cut the slats to fit, so a custom job… The door is fixed and my wife is happy! Communication was great. Price was fair. Time from call to completion was terrific. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to anyone. (I hope my customers feel the same way about our service!)

I couldn’t be happier with Upstate Door! The response time was very prompt. The communication was great. They said they would be there between 9 and 9:30, the next day. They called at 8:30 to confirm and was there at 9am. They fixed the spring and adjusted the door not working and lubed the other garage door for preventative maintenance. That’s what I call excellent service – going above and beyond! And the price was PLEASANTLY REASONABLE. Very good value for the service provided. I will definitely use them again and would refer them to anyone. And that’s saying a lot coming from me 🙂 I am frugal and have high expectations. Great job Upstate Door!

Great company to use for garage door replacement! Service was excellent. Quality as expected. Our top panel came in with a dent. Installer noted and Dury had another panel in place within a few weeks. They didn’t ask for any money until the job was done right. Refreshing. Highly recommend!

Our garage door came off the track – I called at 3:30 pm and within 2 hours Dury was here to fix it!! Wowowzza incredible customer care! Knowledgeable and friendly! Out garage door was working in 3 minutes, but working was not enough – Dury grabbed a ladder from his truck and realigned the tract to make sure it was a snug fit for the track! Thank you! :))
