After shopping for several years we finally found the perfect garage doors for our home. While many homes in our area have wood carriage style doors, our garage faces southeast and gets full sun and weather all year. Natural wood doors would require extensive maintenance and fade in just a couple years. Then we found Southeastern Garage Doors and their Clopay 5 layer composite wood doors. While these doors look so much like natural wood few people can tell the difference, they are MUCH more insulated which keeps the garage warm in winter and cool in our hot Charleston summers. Architecturally and aesthetically they are simply beautiful! You can see the transition in the pictures below. Leon, Ron and the entire team, especially Chuck our installer were simply great. I’ve since learned most of the best builders in Charleston use them exclusively. This is THE residential garage door company in Charleston!

Jason & Curtis went above and beyond – I needed a new garage door and garage door opener – they were on time, informative, and quick. I had a slight hiccup on my install due to an item that was left off my PO (Home depot issue – not them!) & they made sure I was taken care of. They showed me how everything worked & walked me through all the features of my door/opener that I wasn’t even aware it could do! Cannot say enough good things about these guys! We even had a few laughs – I’ll be calling these folks again if I ever need garage door help (and requesting Jason & Curtis lol) 10/10

Amazing service. I called, they arrived on time, and they easily replaced my broken opener with a new one (that I had already bought). Didn’t catch the guy’s name, but I told him the scenario and handled replacing everything quick an easily.

Your drive #15 was driving like a crazy person. THERE WAS A SCHOOL BUS. I couldn’t go anywhere. 1st he was tailgating me,then cut me off..I turned my bright lights on him then he SLAMMED ON BRAKES AND PROCEEDED TO GET OUT OF HIS TRUCK TOWARDS ME AS IF HE WAS GOING TO DO SOMETHING. HE IS REAL LUCKY I DIDN’T CALL THE POLICE.

These guys just blasted through my neighborhood at 45 mph in a clearly-marked 25 mph zone. I would not hire them to sweep my driveway. By the way. I did phone your office. The man who answered said that he didn’t appreciate my language but that he would follow up. Obviously, he did not. Again, go sweep and stay off my street or SLOW DOWN!! there are kids, strollers, and dogs here. I would hate for someone to drive like this in your neighborhood.

I am thinking that the name of my technician was Trent and I hope that I did not get it wrong but he was very polite and very professional and I would recommend South Eastern garage doors to anyone needing any type of garage work or replacement doors. He was very neat and very clean and cleaned up the space that he was working in and offered to help me put things back in the garage. Now that’s customer service if I ever heard.

Austin was incredible! He was able to help me with every single reprogramming issue I had, and fixed all of my battery and spring issues in a matter of minutes. He even helped me fix my car garage door opener. He is a gem! Thank you!

These guys are the best I have use them for years…they are very busy because you do not want anyone but these guys installing and or repairing your unit. Austin is the supreme install and Joey is no push over either. 8-4-2022 We had a issue with our garage door opener. I called Southeastern and requested AUSTIN ONLY….. He just left, took Austin five minutes if that too trouble shoot and fixed the problem. Awesome service
