I’ve used Allen Door over the years to repair and service our garage doors. Each time I was very satisfied with their work. They are competent, courteous and punctual. Their prices are also reasonable as well. My rating for this company is EXCELLENT.

Tech did a good job, but I was left in the dark when I asked him how much it would cost before he started. He said “I don’t know, that’s up to the office.” The bill came to more than I expected. He was transparent about what he did and told me how many hours he worked, but again, pricing should be disclosed.

Giving this a 4 star for great service even though we weren’t able to purchase our door through them. The service there was wonderful. She tried hard to accommodate or at least find someone who would’ve been able to customize our door.

I cannot give enough compliments to this Company! The design, style and color of my new garage doors is just stunning. I am VERY fussy as to the appearance of our Property – everything is as neat as a pin, well-planned and well-designed. We have 2 individual 2-car garages so my ‘design concept’ kicked into high gear and the results are just perfect. I had worked with Bill, Jr. who is just wonderful…no pushiness and not looking for a quick sale. Bill Jr. was very patient and he has great product knowledge. The installers were knowledgeable and efficient and are an Asset to their employer. I met with several garage door Companies prior to making my decision and Allen Door stood out far and above all others. I highly recommend Allen Door!

I was just calling today (11.18.21) to inquire about scheduling a service call because my garage door wasn’t closing. The gentlemen who answered took the time to explain what might be causing it, and we solved it over the phone. He saved me time and money, and chose to forgo a service call that would have given him business. I am so impressed by his professionalism and decency. I will undoubtedly go back to Allen Door for whatever I need in the future.
