Josh called ahead to let me know he was on his way, showed up when promised and got right to work. He had a good attitude and knew what he was doing. Solved the problem, rebalanced the door and made sure it was operating correctly. Everything you want from a service call.

Our garage door wasn’t closing so I called Overhead Door and they were fantastic. Russ and Jesse showed up within an hour and had it fixed and closed in less than 45 minutes! They were friendly, professional, and super quick. Really grateful they were able to come help us out after 3 days of struggling with the door. Wish I called them sooner!

David listened to the issue with our door. He then checked everything and determined two possible causes. He made his recommendation which I agreed and promptly made the necessary adjustment and part replacement. We have used Oveahead Door previously and have always been happy with their service.

Just finished my appointment with Overhead Doors and they do not disappoint. They installed our doors back in 2019 and they made it so easy for us. And today David came by to lubricate the doors and to get ame a new remote. He was couteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks again. Tom G.
