I had a problem with the garage door and it couldn’t work. I called here to ask for help. This morning I met a man. He was very enthusiastic and helped me fix the garage door. Consultant. is a girl who also enthusiastically helping me and recommended this place !

Ridiculous business ethics. Took time from work to meet the technicians who told me the job could be done, and they told me the steps I needed to do prior to my door being replaced. I was told an updated estimate would be provided. Several days later I had heard nothing so I reached out again and was told it would be provided shortly. Almost a month later and still no reply so I once again emailed regarding this estimate since we had already hoped the door would have been replaced in this lengthy time span. I finally get a reply telling me they had been very busy, which means as a customer, my time was apparently not important enough for a few minutes. After all this time of waiting and having to be the one to reach out to them, I am told they cannot even do the job. The job they told me they could do. Give your customers respect, show them they matter, and if you tell them you can do the job and later decide you cannot….please have the decency to let the customer know that. I now have to start over with a better business apparently. Thanks for wasting our time.

The garage door Alliance put in has been problem every since they put the new garage in. To tell you the truth, is been a headache for me and my husband and we still hath to work with almost every other days to aid the door closing process so it doesn’t fold the wrong way. We have been in contacted with this company 4-5 times so they can come out and finish what they did and to put stronger metals in for door to close smoothly. We did not get anyone to check or even come out and look at how the door has problems opening or closing. We told the problem was worse and continue to caused problems daily. The company never bother to come out and fix their garage problems. I will never ever recommend this company to my dog more less of any man or woman. We waited so long for a call but when the man called he said, his wife was sick and he couldn’t come right away, well that’s been almost a year since he called. The garage is still sick, what we suppose to think? Your company sucks

Thank you for coming out so quickly to fix my garage door. I appreciate you honoring the warranty on my springs without me asking. Your technician was very courteous and professional. I am very pleased with Alliance Garage Doors and I highly recommend them.

Broken garage spring in the middle of winter is no fun. A quick phone call and one day later everything was fixed. The young man who came out was professional and courteous. Highly recommend!

I can’t thank Alliance Garage Doors enough! My spring broke on my garage door and they were able to have someone out the same day to fix it! Which was a life saver because my car was stuck in the garage. The girls in the office were very nice and helpful and the technician they sent out, Mike, was very friendly and quick!

These folks did a great job. The spring broke on our garage door. I made an appointment and the tech, Joel, was out the next day. He was very kind and professional, replaced both springs, lubricated, adjusted, and attached the door to the door opener. I paid what I was quoted and the garage door works better now than it did before. I highly recommend using this company and I will absolutely be using them for any garage door needs in the future!

Great company! Had a major issue and was unable to get my car out of the garage due to a broken garage door spring. They were at my house within 30 minutes. Professional and friendly. Highly recommend this company.
