They did my 2 of my overhead doors about 7 years ago, and were great. Now i have a broken spring and have called 4 times and spoke to the receptionist. She said the manager would call me to set a time to come fix the broken spring, after four phone calls and no call back. I told her to cancel it. I would go somewhere else.

Called because my garage door short circuited and would not operate. They were able to show up the same day and show me exactly what went wrong, then pointed me in the direction of where to find the individual electrical part to avoid me having to replace more stuff!

Don’t even think about buying a glass pane door from Mario! The first 70 mph winds that hit the door will break every seal! This wouldn’t be a problem if Mario didn’t respond with, and I quote, “ I’m not going to help you” and “ the manufacturer will just have an excuse”.

Very nice reliable people. They do what they say and that is great quality products and work. They ordered and installed a commercial 14×14 door and opener and got it done way faster than I expected. Mario is a great guy to work with and he is very trustworthy.

We’ve used Mario’s Overhead Door MULTIPLE times for our local business and our home. Very professional, and friendly. Great prices. All around GREAT business to deal with. Won’t use anyone else.

I told them on the phone that i had a broken garage door spring. I told them it was an oversized insulated garage door. I answered all their questions about the door. They said they had the door springs in stock and could install them that day. I took off work to let them in. They did show up in a timely manner. However they did not bring the needed garage door springs and could not get them until the following week. He also informed me that since it is a over sized door it would cost an additional $180 over the original quote because it required heavy duty spring. (The springs the said they had in stock.) The technician then informed me that there would be an $85 sevice charge. for a completely unnecessary service vist.

Mario’s did a fantastic job on my garage door,they were prompt ,professional and prepared. I can recommend them without reservation.if you have trouble with your door they can handle it. Call them you won’t regret it.

The spring that is above the your garage door is VERY important. I had mine break last night, Thursday night. I started calling at 930am (I should’ve started earlier) since it is a friday. Mario was my 3rd call. The questions were brief and specific. He said someone would be here later today. They showed up EARLY afternoon and were so quick. My garage door sounds new again.
