Kurt was quick, addressed our problem immediately, was professional and polite. He knew exactly what to do and got tasks done quickly and efficiently. Cost of the service call was unbelievably reasonable for a Sunday. Would absolutely use Precision again and recommend them highly.

Our LiftMaster garage door opener was burned out by an electrical short yesterday. I searched online for Garage Door Repair near me and Precision Garage Door of Westerville came right up. They have a very good website and scheduling appointments online was easy. Luckily there were appointments available that day. I soon received a phone call from their service technician, James, and he was very professional and courteous. The service truck arrived early and well outfitted with supplies. James promptly introduced himself and listened to what the issue was. He professionally troubleshooted the problem and pointed out the circuit board damage. James explained all the options in a very easy to understand outline. He was very proficient at installing the new opener, as well as the wall operating switch, explained all the technical details and made sure I understood. He gave me time to learn how to use the new equipment and allowed me to see what he was doing so I could learn from him. Great Job! Great Guy! Thank you!

Love Precision Garage Door and especially Adam Huston! I have used others in the past and they begin to compare in terms of service and technicians. Precision is responsive, prompt, they don’t try to upsell you and their people know their “stuff.” Adam is super great — professional, friendly, explains things in ways I can understand and extremely responsive. They need to clone him!! I won’t let anyone else “fuss” with my door.
