Had a broken spring and Shane came out within a few hours, changed the spring and thoroughly looked over the door to make sure it was in good condition. Highly recommend.

Broken garage door spring…they were able to come the same day, though that might have been luck for me, due to a cancelation. The technicians did an awesome job! The tech demonstrated to me another impending problem with an opener sprocket that was failing. He also lubricated all moving parts including hinges. They did a great job!

Had a Provia front door installed today. Dayton Door Sales was wonderful from our first visit to their showroom in Springboro, to their sales rep, Dave Goodwin, coming to our house to explain our options and placing our order, to the installer, Matt, who did a great job! We are very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Woke one morning to a broken torsion spring. Called another business first. They had no techs available until next day. Called Dayton Door Sales Springboro. They sent Patrick out who arrived mid-afternoon, after calling 30 minutes ahead as previously agreed. He was fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, very experienced. Though I had never had this service done before, the price to replace both springs seemed very reasonable. I would use them again without hesitation.

Quick service. Replaced my broken spring 1 day after I called. Patrick, the service tech also lubricated hinges on both doors. Cost to replace springs was very fair. I will use them again.
