Update: you can clearly see you didn’t leave it hanging on my door-your tacky sales tactic folks left it under my plant…as to avoid the no soliciting sign. Come pick your trash up off my porch. You can come get your dang trash off my porch, I know you see the no soliciting sign plan as day on my front door.

Office staff were extremely kind and helpful. We received prompt service. Our repairman Jesse was kind and efficient. And it was so awfully hot outside! The cost of the repair was much less than a neighbor who had called someone else for her repairs.

Bob and Bob is the only garage door company we have ever used. This morning I called them about an issue we were having with our keypad. Servicemen were able to be here by 12:30. While replacing the old keyboard, they also did an inspection and oiled our door. We feel our garage door investment is safe when we use Bob and Bob for service.

Repair will have to be a replacement but the technician Nate has been very helpful. I thought he was one of the owners, he is not but I think he should be.

Russel was super nice! Seemed honest didn’t try to sell me anything extra gave me options and was in and out quick for my garage repairs Updating my review! I would leave another 5 star if I could. When Russell was here before he mentioned that the door was holding water and told us to think about replacing, we called in to get a quote and Russell was back out in the next couple days for some quick measurements. Picking a color was difficult and Pam went above and beyond helping us pick the best color for our house and getting us squared away! Can’t wait to see the finished product here in a few weeks! I will update with a photo when it’s all done! Update number two!!! Absolutely amazing I believe it was Jackson and Justin (maybe lol) that installed our new door! Amazing job, professional, fast, and left zero mess when they left! Can’t wait for the surround to get done and then we are all finished! Can’t say enough good things about working with Bob and Bob so far!!
