Gary came to the rescue! I recently purchased a home and the garage door opener remote did not work, nor did I have the code for the keypad. Gary fixed both issues and discovered two more that he also corrected. Did I mention he came the same day I called and was within the one hour window he provided? Great service!

Gary did a phenomenal job repairing and restoring the function of our 375 lb. Solid wood manual garage door. It is so easy to operate now!

After a slight hiccup in scheduling, Gary did a great job. He diagnosed the problem with old opener, it was dead. He installed two new openers. The installation was very neat and professional. His attention to the small details is a plus. He adjusted one door that was out of balance and serviced and lubed all three doors. I will highly recommend Gary for anything you need.

Decided it was time to replace my very outdated garage door and opener at home. Nothing broken, so no rush. Researched reviews for local companies and decided I wanted to support a small business, so I gave Gary a call. He returned my call that morning within an hour or two and said he wanted to come take a look and give me an estimate between 2-3pm the same day. I agreed and stayed home from work (since I have a somewhat flexible schedule) and awaited his arrival. He never showed for his appointment, nor called to tell me he was running late. Shortly before 5pm, he called and said he overbooked himself and some jobs ran over. He wanted to try to work me in the next day, although I told him I likely wouldn’t be available at the time he wanted to come. He said he would call me back the next day and touch base. It’s been almost two weeks and I never heard back from him. I understand running a small business, you try to work in as many customers as you can, while still doing the job right. I, however, felt neglected as I sat at home for an entire day waiting for him to not show up. My appointment could have been scheduled for two weeks out, and I would have been fine with that. I’m more or less disappointed that at no time that day, did he consider calling me to let me know he was running late or wasn’t going to make it. And never made an effort to reschedule with me. From the reviews here, I’m sure he does good work. But my experience was a waste of a day at home waiting around, and having to make up my work on another day that I had plans.

He did an Absolutely fantastic job on our garage !! We couldn’t be happier, He was very professional and very reasonably priced. We had 2 other contractors look at it and they said ” No Way ” ……. Then Gary came to our house ….. He was intrigued figuring out that we didn’t have many options and that our garage wasn’t square he embraced the challenge !! and to be honest … it turned out better than I was expecting !! Give him a call he is the man !!! When they say it can’t be done …. He says it can !!

Smith overhead door service originally came to my place of business to fix one of our large overhead doors, he did such a good job that i had him come out to my house as well. Very thorough work and extremely knowledgeable and fair on price! He definitely went above and beyond with all the repairs to my door ans making sure everything was done properly. I am a customer for life and will be referring everyone i know to them!!!!
