Eddy was great! The drum cable on our garage door broke and we couldn’t open it so I called Gem City Door and Eddy told me what he could do and the potential options I had, then told me he could be out that same day! He came out and within 10 minutes or less he replaced both cables on our garage door and it was back to normal. When the time comes we will definitely be giving him a call for a garage door replacement because of how awesome he was and the price of the garage doors. I highly recommend you give him a call if you are having a problem or want a replacement of your garage door.
