Junk the bottom of the door feel off after 2 weeks after it was installed they said the seal must have froze down but it was 50 degrees poor design for 4k not worth it junk

I worked here for 9 months and everything except for some of my coworkers was awful. First of all, my trainer when I arrived there was extremely verbally abusive to the point that other departments were telling me to report him to HR because of how he’d treat me. Then there the fact that they were cheating us out of breaks by setting two buzzers 30 mins apart for our lunch breaks, but we weren’t allowed to even start heading to the time clock no matter if you were on the other side of the factory, which is like a 6 min walk there. Then you were supposed to be at your station by the time the buzzer rang so our lunch breaks were only 10 mins and they ended up getting reported and having to change. Midland doesn’t allow any personal freedom and tries to suck the life out of you in pretty much every way possible. Their management is a mess and that’s the reason why everyone’s doors arrive so late. And then there’s the toxic work culture where everyone thinks they’re the new supervisor. An example of this is that I had a coworker named Cody who was being trained as a supervisor and on multiple occasions was given authority in lieu of the supervisors absence, but there were 2 Josh’s and a guy named Lee who would tell others not to do what Cody said and it would create confusion and orders would get mixed up. At all levels this company is a failure and their horrible products and customer service are proof of that. The only people I’m sorry for are the individuals who have to suffer through that hell hole.

I’m on my 4th install set of certain panels, every previous panel that has been installed through twin city garage doors has been dented. I recently got my second panel replaced on my big garage door for a 3rd time, I was assured it was not dented.. it was again dented. Requesting a 4th set of panels. Not happy with the product. One time okay- I get it- stuff happens. 4 times to receive a non-dented product? That’s a bit ridiculous. The 4th sets aren’t here yet, but my expectations are that they will again arrive dented.

I built my garage starting last August, ordered the garage door in September, and had the garage up and finished in October. We knew we wouldn’t be seeing the door until 1/21/22, and although that was a bummer, things being in the manufacturing world what they were is understandable. That date came and went, and upon inquiring, were told there were trucking issues due to weather and the door was done on a trailer. February came and went, once again waiting somewhat less patiently, and I started to ask our lumberyard for more updates every week. After inquiring if we could send someone up to get it as it was done and just on a trailer, or so we were told, the lumberyard was told that wasn’t the case and they weren’t sure where it was. They have been asking daily for updates in the last half of March, and getting nowhere. This for me is the most unacceptable part of the whole deal. COVID and supply chain excuses aside, either lying, not wanting to go through the work to investigate what’s going on, or owning up to mistakes is the lowest of the low business practices. Right now I guess I’ll just have to put the Midland name on the OSB so everyone in town that knows I’m still waiting on a garage from knows who’s to blame.

We have installed hundreds of Midland garage doors in the last 5 years. After some recent problems with poor quality and extremely poor customer service we will be switching to another brand. I’d strongly recommend not buying from Midland doors in Fargo

What a POS built a shop onto a garage and used a Midland. Not outdoors mind you but always indoors. It is rusting on the finish. If I could give it a minus 5, it would be too good Not just 1 panel but all of them!!!!
