DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I am ot one to write reviews but when the cost of a servicing is similar to a total replacement, I will take the time to warn others. It would have been more cost effective for me to purchase a new opener then to have Glen repair the one I had installed 2 years ago.Get a second even,third bid and be sure it’s in writing prior to allowing work to be completed.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!! They will come to your house and spend 15 min, tell you they need to order a “special part” (door spring in my case which they most definitely have in the truck, office or could get at home depot down the road) come back a week plus later and install in 30 minutes. But what they don’t tell you is they charge $240 in labor, charge you $40 for gas fee even though they are in next town over and charge you an additional 3% for use of your debit card. So a $90 spring installation cost over $515. Sad because Glen use to be a honest guy straight up guy whom I used over the past 10 years and referred him to many of my neighbors because of his honesty…but that was then this is now.

Prompt and courteous service!! My door works like new again. Glenn was there within an hour of my call, a part was ordered and my door was fixed the following morning. Highly recommended!

I called for help diagnosing a problem with my garage door lift. Glen was very helpful in determining that my lift was done. Time for a new system!!! Glen came over in a few hours and installed me a great new lift!!! It works great and he’s really a great guy!!! Thanks Glen!!!

Excellent service, called on a snowy day, they came out, found the problem, said I would probably need a new system unless they had a replacement part back at the office. (the part was no longer being made, I checked). They did have a part and replaced it the next day and saved me $300, TADCO took the time to find a $25.00 part in the supply at the office. Nobody wants a unexpected repair bill of $400, this shows their quality of service. This is the third time over fifteen years they have worked for me. Could not be more pleased.
