I recently had a miserable experience with this overhead garage door company The lack of professionalism from this company was astounding, to say the least. During my initial phone call, the representative cut me off mid-sentence and seemed disinterested in hearing my concerns. The person who was sent to repair our door had a horrible demeanor, and the repair was completed in a haphazard manner and not done properly. When the door was opened, a horrible noise and added friction on the side rails was noticed, and the answer was “that’s the best I can do” When I called to have them come back and fix the issue, I was told that they would not be correcting it and that the issue was a spring, not the poor job that the man had done. To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible. When I tried to express my dissatisfaction with the service, Missy, the representative was rude and unhelpful. I was left feeling frustrated and extremely disappointed with the entire experience and out $900 and left unable to even open the door manually. Overall, I would strongly advise anyone to find a different overhead garage door company to do business with. This company’s lack of professionalism, poor quality work, and terrible customer service are simply not worth the hassle. I doubt that they will even take time to address this review, but I hope other consumers are aware of the disastrous situation and avoid it at all costs.

I called a door company to replace the springs on my garage the individual quoted me 600 for the job but kept on pointing out “safety concerns” they had with my and warned me that my door could collapse if I didn’t fix it. Total quote was 1300. I wasn’t impressed by the price but I needed my door fixed urgently. I told him to just fix the springs then he said if I can’t get the springs off I’m just gonna have to replace the whole contraption. I was no longer interested in doing business with this individual. Luckily I found Adams Door company. This individual quoted me significantly less money and did a fantastic job. They took a look at my garage and said there didn’t have any safety concerns. Adams Door company is honest in the work they do. They did a fantastic job and saved me from getting conned big time.
