Andrew was our technician & we are very happy with the whole process. From speaking with Jessica to set up the service call to Andrew calling & giving us an ETA (he arrived earlier than he thought) to diagnosing our issue with a 13 yo door opener. He was spot on, gave us options & pricing & left the decision to us what we wanted. No high pressure pitches, just the facts. Our door system is 36 yo & installs have improved & become safer. As much as we’d like a new door, tracks, opener, we opted for the opener & eyes. In 2 hours, Andrew got the job done in sweltering heat. Did a great job. ShaRaad Hunes made an appointment to give me an estimate. He arrived on time. Measured my garage gave me good advice and I placed my order. The installer arrived on time did an excellent job. Took away all the debris from the installation. Explained my garage door opener to me. Very happy.

We really appreciated getting work done on a Saturday and at no extra cost. He thoroughly explained the work needed and completed the job very quickly. He left the garage clean and free of debris.
