Did everything right!! Tried to resolve my problem on the phone. When we realized he would have to come fix, he came as soon as he could. Did a great job fixing, and was fair with his pricing. Would absolutely recommend!! Not one to post reviews very often, but appreciate honesty, fairness, and great service.

Great company to work with! My garage door broke Tuesday night at 9pm and wouldn’t open. Kraus showed up the next day and had me out in time for work. I would t recommend anyone else!

I am a “car guy” and besides needing new garage doors wanted to be able to lift my car higher in the garage. That’s when going to a pro like Rami Kraus really makes the difference. He came over and listened to my concerns and setup an excellent solution. He suggested a high lift door for me and a standard configuration for my wife. It did not break the bank, looks and works great – and they are super quiet. The crew was very competent and worked quickly – the install was done in a day and they removed all the old debris. Highly recommended.

Kraus Garage Door Service was the second company that I called and I was so happy that I did so. Rami answered the phone at 7:30 p.m. I explained the problems I was having. When Rami came to my home he immediately diagnosed the problems. He told me exactly what needed to be done and, even more importantly, he told me what didn’t need to be changed. I found Rami to be an honest business man. He provided me with a much better system than what I was being offered by the first service company and at a lesser price. Rami’s crew was very professional, efficient and friendly. I was very pleased with the work that was done. Kraus Garage Door Service Company is a 1st class act. I highly recommend them!
