I want to offer HUGE thanks to James George and Harley at George & Sons Garage Doors for their incredible service on a Sunday in the middle of a blackout, and heatwave, on a holiday weekend. Minutes before leaving for work, we lost power in Northwest Reno. Using the manual open on the garage door to try and get my truck out, first the door wouldn’t stay open, then it came off the tracks, two wheels fell off, the cable unwound, and the door was stuck half open at an impossible angle. I left a message on their after hours line and within minutes James called and Harley was on the way. Within 2 hours from the start of the whole fiasco, the door was fixed and operating perfectly. This is the kind of 5-Star customer service you don’t see often enough. Beyond grateful and so impressed.

I’ve used George and Sons several times. Today about 2:30, my garage door wouldn’t close. I tried everything thing I knew and called George and Sons. The lady said she could have a technician there between 3 and 5 today!! WOW Thought it would be a week. The technician was there in less than an hour. He introduced himself, I explained my problem. He made a few system checks, checked inside the motor box. Cleaned a sensor and it WORKED. He said he could do a system check if I wanted for a price. I’m trying to keep expenses down so I said no thank you. He said. Then have a nice day and charged me nothing. WOW again. Will I call George and Sons EVERYTIME I need garage door service. YES

Adrian was very prompt, and expeditious. He had our new springs installed in about 20 mins. We have had George and Sons do work on many of our properties, and every time it was a wholly positive experience. From the front office, to the installers, it’s an extremely professional well run business.
