Jake just finished installing my new garage door. It looks amazing! I really appreciate Jake’s attention to detail and his willingness to explain all the features of my new door and opener. It is so quiet. I have the best looking garage door in the neighborhood now. Jake took out the old garage door springs that were dangerous and installed the new style springs that are much safer. Thank you!

The spring on my garage door broke late Wednesday. The owner stopped by first thing Thursday morning to take a look and the door was repaired that afternoon. Techs were professional and the price was very reasonable. I recommend O’Fallon Overhead Door to everyone!

WASTE of TIME and was LIED to. My experience below: I asked for someone to come out for an estimate to Repair or Replace my overhead doors, depending on cost. Mike came out for the estimate. He said he was only sales and would need to send someone else out for repair. Their website states they repair doors too. Got the estimate and it is 3 time the insurance estimate so inquired on repairing it and he said he would have to send someone else out for that estimate. I later inquired on having someone come out to repair the doors. No email response so I also called. Next day he has the receptionist call back leaving a message that they CAN NOT repair them, only replace them. Don’t tell me CAN, if you CAN’T!

Our garage got stuck open overnight on a Thursday and they were able to get someone over first thing the next morning. They quickly recognized the issue and it was completed within an hour. It really made us feel better we didn’t have to wait until Monday to get our garage closed and our home secured. Thanks O’Fallon Overhead Doors!
