Very prompt call this morning after leaving a service request on their website over the weekend. Residential tech Al called on his way and showed up and got to work replacing our broken springs. Al was very professional and had us up and operational quickly. He checked the door over, lubed what needed and say we were good to go. It doesn’t get any better. Great service all around. Thanks Overhead!!!

Al was at my home today to fix my garage door. Overhead Garage Door of the Northland has been my go to company forever. He walked right in, looked at my garage door and knew what to do immediately. Quick response time, quality workmanship and fair prices.

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. Karen from the service desk was prompt, direct, and polite in responding to my inquiries. And the service tech that came out, Abner, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I had broken springs replaced and the work was completed in under an hour. Thanks for taking care of me. You guys rock!

Tried working with this company. Scheduled me a couple weeks out. They canceled on me same day they were supposed to come out. We rescheduled. They called to cancel on me again. At least they called 12 hours in advance this time. Going to work with a different company on my garage door.

Just had new residential garage door and opener done today. Our consult with John Zimmerman ended up getting us the perfect door ! New door looks awesome and works so perfectly too. Installer Mike was very good at his job and paid special attention to the details. Great job guys !!!

The spring on my garage door broke. Overhead door Co of the Northland came quickly. The service technician was excellent. He was polite, worked quickly and efficiently and was very thoughtful. What a great impression he left. Having employees like this at your company speaks volumes of your integrity. Mike deserves a company’s bonus for such great service.

Al was a great technician, very knowledgeable and efficient. He programmed all the remotes and the car also. I would use overhead door again.

I highly recommend Overhead Door Co of the Northland. We use them quite often for work. They have a great staff, I deal with Al one of their service techs on a consistent hes always friendly and dependable and easy to work with.

Install and warranty needs to be better. Install on new construction. We moved in 6 months after install. Shortly after moving in, one side of the rails came completely out of the ceiling with the door fully open on a 16 foot door. It was not in a stud. They promptly came to fix it, but it bowed the opposite rail and it never ran smooth after. It started coming out of the track on the bent side. They wanted 175 dollars minimum to come fix it because we were over a year out. I wasn’t willing to pay someone to fix their faulty work.
