Wonderful experience here! We’d been having issues with our garage door for a while – it was an old door that was dented from before we moved into our home some years ago. Action overhead got someone out that day to take a look and determine if we needed a new one or a repair. They determined we needed a new one. They wrote an estimate and set a date on when we could get it done that same day. The tech who came out the day of door replacement was very kind and knowledgeable. He got it done and no issues since! I’m extremely pleased and the price came out to less that I expected as well! Would highly recommend them for top notch service and quality! Edit* used Action Overhead again last week. This time for our garage door opener which was acting up. Mike, the service tech who came out was friendly and knowledgeable. He went through my options with me and after some thought decided I would have it replaced, it was very old and acting up likely because the circuit board was going bad. He came back next day and installed it in about an hour. It’s fantastic, quiet and works great! Very satisfied with the service and the price.

We are so pleased with our interaction with this company – They were all so professional – from getting an estimate and scheduling to our Technician Brad Blanshan who came out and fixed the springs efficiently. The price quoted was the price we paid, unlike many other places we called and got a quote but when they came the price was much higher than the quote. We highly recommend Action Overhead Garage Door!!!

This is truly one of the best companies to work with. They’ve been in business forever and there is a reason. They have actual humans who respond quickly and come out quickly. They charge a very fair price and they take pride in what they do. They replaced a spring for me thirty years ago and another yesterday (different house) and they service all my neighbors’ garages, too. Really incredible, personal service. 100 stars!

Pleased with the prompt repair of my broken garage door spring. Tony from Action Overhead Garage door was very reassuring about the repair. I wanted to replace the rails that are original with my 1973 town home. He convinced me that replacing the spring was all that was needed.

Had a broken spring and had a great experience from the start. They got us on this schedule first thing in the morning and were on time and did a great job. Joe the tech was great and pointed out what we could do to help maintain our door. This company was quick, courteous, and reasonably priced.

I purchased two garage doors for my shop from Chris Hasser. There were emails back and forth and the first email Chris sent had a picture of a garage door in which it had 6 windows. The doors were installed and I came home and there were 4 windows. Chris told me that is what I ordered and that he specified it on a diagram. The diagram was 6 boxes with an x threw them hidden on the paperwork. This is called a bait and switch and not professional at all. Needless to say the way Chris handled the issue was to tell me that either I would pay an extra 560$ so i paid a ton of money for two doors that i am not happy with nor will he fix his mistake.

Our cars were stranded in the garage after both springs broke. I called Sunday night hoping to get it resolved quickly. At 7:07 Monday morning I got a call. The technicians were here by 9AM and fixed it in about an hour. They were both so professional and friendly. It was a great customer experience. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Called Friday, 1/26/24, 8:00 AM. Bad opener needed to be replaced. Said they could get to it. Got a call from the tech at about 1:00 PM. All fixed. New opener, checked springs, hinges, cables, door itself. Great service on short notice. Thank you Action Garage Door.

John Michael responded to a call a few days ago when a garage door spring failed. John Michael found a temporary fix to assure we could use our garage in sub-zero weather, and he and Jonah returned today to replace our springs. These gentlemen were the friendliest, most efficient and knowledgeable repair people I can imagine. Call ACTION, if you need a job well done!
