West Michigan Door just installed a new residential garage door at our house. They were wonderful to work with every step of the way. The sales staff was very helpful. The installers were polite and professional and went above and beyond in making sure our new remotes and remote keypad were up and running before they left. The garage door is quiet, attractive, and I would recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Very awesome company. I started with a broken spring on my old door. I decided I wanted a new door. I contacted West Michigan Door and they were able to come out and temporary fix the spring on my old door while we were waiting for the new door to come in. They have a great selection of doors to chose from. Very easy to order what I wanted. I have to give them extra shout out for having to come out and fix the 2nd spring that broke. They installed the door right after it came in. Great company and very friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone. 5 stars.

Had to have my torsion springs replaced they came out converted my system from a 1 spring to a 2 spring fixed some rollers that had been messed up and readjusted the door opener. All this for 1/4 the cost of others I had checked with.

Not worth (1) star. If you use them, you better hope they install everything perfectly the first time because they will ignore you when you call for service until you just go somewhere else to get the problem taken care of. No customer service after the sale whatsoever.

Had a commercial lock issue. WMD came out the next morning, fixed it in less than 20 minutes and also adjusted another door. Excellent and fast service. Highly recommended.

Excellent work. Had a torsion spring snap and cable snap. Repair was excellent. Also had them out back in 2017 for a different garage door where the same problem happened with the spring breaking. Not bad for a house built in 1999.

Great company! Came out quickly to provide detailed quote. Salesman was great. Installation was done by two great guys and it was done with TLC. Don’t bother going to another company.
