I had Overhead Door of Jackson over last week to fix a broken spring on my garage door. Aaron M was the person that came out. He was on time, & called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. He was knowledgeable & courteous and friendly. He was able to fix my door & explained what to expect with the repairs. Hopefully I don’t need garage door repairs any time soon, but I will definitely call Overhead Door if I need help again.

I appreciate the assistance from the reception staff. They were very kind and helpful and scheduling appointments and explaining services. My technician Aaron M was very helpful and explaining the assessment and what would be needed to upgrade my garage door opening service. He did a very fine job and installation and, completing the service. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needed overhead door service.

Called them on a Tuesday and they came out Wednesday afternoon. The tech Aaron M was very pleasant and had the broken spring fixed in no time at all. He greased the entire door and it is working perfectly now. Very happy with overhead door. Would highly recommend them
