They tried to sell me a new door that I didn’t need. Another garage company was able to repair my door. Although Precision did credit my credit card with the money I had put down.

Dalton the sales representee who came to our home for Precision was very professional, friendly and informative. He explained the issue with our garage door and offered us solution’s. He was very patient and answered all of our questions, making sure that we understood the technical aspects of what he was saying. We were very pleased and when he left felt that we had made the decision that fit our situation and that no pressure was applied to us.
