I was very pleased with Christian that came out to set up my garage door opener and to repair my garage door. Not only did he do the install, he also explained everything in detail and explained additional details I could do with my new opener. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, fast. After I had been dissatisfied with Dover and Company, and the installer from Home Depot that told me they were unable to do the services, Christian got it done and he really made my day! Thank you!

A+ plus garage doors did a work for our family they were prompt efficient on time knowledgeable in there job in explaining the issues what was needed to fix the issues and helping to get them done in a timely manner. I was very grateful and appreciative of all there help from customer service to the guys who were on site to do the work . I would recommend giving them a chance a great family business.

My problem was never fixed and no refund was given even though they promised to do so! The lady on the phone was dishonest and claimed that they fixed our garage issue and won’t do a refund, while the guys themselves who came said they were not able to fix it, and were going to issue us a refund and no one did and we’re still dealing with it!!

I had the worse experience with this company, and I’m still dealing with it since Nov 17 until now (Dec 27th)!! Very unprofessional, it’s like a scam!! One day they told us that they’ll refund us because they were not able to fix our garage door issue and the garage opener needs to be replaced, and another day they said that they won’t do a refund and to go find another company!!! Unbelievable!! Then they offered to send me new garage opener options and never did even though I called multiple times asking for the options they said they would give me!! I called many times after and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and she claimed that they fixed our garage issues, which they never did, and they knew that!! Now my garage doesn’t open, I’m still left with an unfixed issue and ended up paying for nothing!! Save your time and money and do NOT come here!! Too many issues with no outcome!!
