Josh S. called before our scheduled time and said he was on the way. Got here at the scheduled time, explained everything that he was going to do, and did it. The job was less than an hour, is everything we needed. Great work, we are very happy and would call Discount Door again.

From my initial call to the service, I was extremely impressed. The lady who called me back about my broken garage door was sweet and helpful and the gentlemen that fixed my door was willing to listen to tell him everything that was wrong without getting annoyed. He was early, it was affordable and great service….Generally you don’t get all three at the same company. Thank you Discount Door!

I’ve had a few different projects done by Discount Door. Every time, the technician was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. My most recent project was done by technician Casey who was awesome. It was done quickly and correctly. For me there’s no reason to shop around since I know I’ll be getting the best deal and quality of work with Discount Door

Spring broke on our garage door. Upon calling Discount Door the person was able to give me a quote range and scheduled the appointment. Josh showed up promptly and fixed the door within 30-45 minutes. All contacts were very respectful. Actual bill was lower in the range initially stated. Positive experience.

Garage door broke and I wasn’t able to get my car out of the garage. They were able to come over within 20 minutes and open the door for me, let me know that the spring was broken and they’d need to do a conversion, and were also able to return that afternoon to fix it as well as grease all the parts. Great service & fast repair with very reasonable pricing. Would absolutely recommend.

We’ve used Discount Door for two overhead doors on two separate houses. Always great service. Most recently our current door, getting up there in age, had some sort of stress cracks. Casey was great! Fortunately we were able to get an appointment the same day we needed it. Additional supports were installed and it moves great again! He even greased our noisy opener and showed us which type of grease works best. It’s so quiet again. Thank you!
