I called Avallone Door Company to repair my garage door that I damaged with my truck. The technicians arrived Monday morning, 22 April 2024, and quickly repaired my door. They were very professional and efficient. I was pleased I didn’t require replacement. They repaired, lubricated and cycled my doors in less than 30 minutes. SO grateful for the professionalism and expertise at Avallone! Brian was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We were having trouble getting our garage door to close, and he was able to come and fix the sensors. Not only that, but he taught me how to troubleshoot it myself in case we ever had that issue again. I was so impressed and cannot say enough about their wonderful service!

My experience was great and I highly recommend if you’re looking for really good customer service. I found this business just by a simple search on the internet for a garage spring repair. Brian came out and did the repair really quick. He had my garage door back up and running in no time. He was very nice and knowledgeable to where he explained and showed me everything that he did. Proud to say it’s still a few businesses around that takes customer service serious from the secretary, to the scheduler, and Technician……AT AN AFFORDABLE RATE!

I was leaving for a trip the next day and got home from work at 7PM to pack and get ready. The spring on my garage door apparently exploded while i was gone. It bent the frame, rails, and door all up when I tried to open it when I got back. Avalon helped me out a few months ago when a guest ran into my garage door, and I tried their number just on a whim. At 7:30PM on a Saturday night, within 30 minutes, they had a technician there who replaced the spring, the broken casters, managed to bend the frame back into place, and had everything working quicker than I could have believed, better than it even was before. Even with the emergency callout it was still half the cost I expected. Brian was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and had a good sense of humor about the whole thing. Cut mine and my fiances stress into pieces. I cannot ever recommend Avallone enough to anyone who needs garage door work.

Knowledgeable and friendly sales, installation, and scheduling personnel. The garage doors we wanted had a long lead time but salesperson found us a great alternative that was available sooner. Scheduler worked with me to find a suitable install date. Installation technician did a fantastic job and communicated function and features well. Quality workmanship all around. Will recommend to anyone seeking overhead door sales or service.
