I called for service because a cable became disconnected. I was told it would be $150 to repair as long as it was as I described. When the tech came out, he told me it would be $350 to repair and service everything. I told him I just wanted to bare minimum of putting the cable back and he refused. He then wanted to charge me $100 just for coming out. I found a video on youtube and was able to fix it myself in about 20 minutes.

We called Joe bright and early on Monday morning to repair our garage door. He and his partner were here “johnny on the spot”! Fixed our door in no time. We were able to remove our cars from the garage. Hip hip hooray. If you need work on your garage door then Superior is your man.

They came right out to find out the problem and had to order a part. When the part came in they came right out again and fixed it. They were very nice and polite. Will definitely use them in the future.
