Absolute Overhead Door Service lied to the loan company and reported that a garage door installation was completed on my home when it was never even started. The associate confirmed that the company had the door color that I showed him a picture of and then delivered the wrong color door. I have was transferred to 6 different people at the loan company and the issue was still not resolved. I was told that I needed to wait for the loan to go through in order to cancel it. Like that makes sense. I called Absolute Overhead Door Service again and was told someone will call me back. Is this a scam company?

The service person Kevin was excellent. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and though in evaluating my garage door problem. He was very polite and wasn’t trying to sell me what I didn’t need. Many individuals do that and it turns me off and will not use that service. the price seems reasonable. Thanks Ray Wilhelm

I was told my door would be installed in 2 weeks. It’s now been more than 3. I spoke to a representative today and was told it would be another 2 weeks. The salesman lied to me about the timeline to get my business. I was given the correct timeline by other companies and went with absolute because they said they could get it done faster. It was a lie. Don’t use them you’ll be sorry too.

New Home warranty program for electric and plumbing is a scam. We were conned into a purchase of it with the garage door. Told that if we don’t buy a door then it would be $486 to fix when it was a 20 minute repair. Waited 8 weeks for garage door delivery and it was NOT the same plate sample color with it being lighter. Was charged $270 to have sink faucet replaced, being only the crook neck part. It didn’t work bc, not their fault rubber ring disentegration. But manager came out to fix with an even newer faucet. So Unhappy with Garage Door! The new garage door installer was nice but couldn’t repair on first day.

I had Overhead Door Service come out and replace the seal on the bottom of my garage door. Josh Wright came out and was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what size seal was needed to keep rodents out. He completed the job quickly and made sure I was satisfied. I will only use Overhead Door Service for my future needs.
