Outstanding service! Serviceman was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. They had to come back after a couple weeks to adjust something with my old opener. They came out almost immediately after I called and took care of the issue at no cost to me.

When I called for service the lady who answered was polite and knowledgeable. The technician called before coming, took care of the problem, explained the problem to me, and was very polite. We always use Overhead Door!

Door went up. Then down. Then up. Stopped. Repeat, Repeat. Called Overhead as we live in Grimes. Explained situation to nice lady, who said sounds like a broken Spring. And look, there’s a broken spring. Suddenly I feel very dumb as I hadn’t bothered to look. Daughter had doctors appointment at eleven. She said she would try to rush. Ten twenty the technician called. Ten twenty eight he arrived and we both raised door. Dumb time again as my wife and I could have raised. I need to go some where. Returned thirty minutes later. Springs changed. Door functions. All is right with the world. *Daughter made her appointment by one minute. She had called ahead.

Thank you Overhead Door! Overhead Door came out same day and inspected, provided an estimate, and repaired my garage door. The technician was amazing; on time, polite, helpful, professional, and efficient. Cost was very reasonable (in fact almost half of an estimate I had received earlier in the day). I will be using Overhead Door for all of my garage door needs going forward and would highly recommend them.
