I have 4 year old shed with two 14 ft garage doors. The weather stripping on the doors wore out. I called and your company came to look at it and stated it needed to be replaced. I assumed it would be covered by a warranty. I received a bill for $314.00. I called the company to inquire about this. I was told it was not covered by warranty and that this was not unusual, “they just don’t make things like they used to”. I feel that is a lame excuse as I have 3 other garages with seals that have lasted 15 years or more. These were poor quality and should have been replaced under warranty.

We received a quote much lower than other competitors. The two men that installed the new door were exceptional. They explained the how and why’s to me and were very good at soliciting my opinion on some of the installation options. They were done in half a day. Overall, very satisfied with the product and the installers

Raynor installed a key pad for our garage door in January. It stopped working six months later. They installed a new one for me the next day at no charge. Their technician was very friendly and professional. They definitely stand by their products and provide great service.
