Great service and quick! Our garage door went out less than 24hrs ago and they were quick to respond and get a technician out to us. Our door was fixed in an hour and our technician pointed out an area of concern that he was able to fix along with the original job. Reasonably priced and Killian was a courteous, knowledgeable, and kind worker. Will continue to use your services if the need arises.

Daniell in the office is Rude, impatient and has an attitude! I will not choose this company again for my next 2 projects I am a returning customer and this is my first time having a bad experience.. the technicians are wonderful but she ruined it for me I will not tolerate behavior like hers …it’s never wise to speak to someone on the phone whom you never met in an unprofessional manner especially when you send guys out to collect . The guys who work in the field depend on you! It’s not about the money always as you can see by looking up what I spent in total!! The service calls and problems that come up in the field don’t mix well financially I’m sure this has been, or will be a future issue with customers. I actually felt like I was being shook down and talk to like I was a child and it was my fault. It’s best for me to just pay it out expose her and move on. I’ll be waiting on my door to be finished in the meantime Thankyou! Dale, Mike, Nick, and the employees who are in the field keeping things moving your services are appreciated but do me a favor and pull her chair out from under her while she about to sit down at that desk it’s better for business.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Nick and Sam of Overhead Door Company. The problem with my garage door was solved and a repair done. Nick took time to answer questions and give instructions. Everything was done in a professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner. I can’t praise them enough for the wonderful and pleasant service they provided.
