Always great service from the team and Kyle! Had some repairs and upgrades done on the door, and also installed a new motor. The motor ran into some radio interference issues, but Kyle worked extremely hard to troubleshoot the problem and offer solutions. Really happy with my upgraded (nearly silent) door and the service!

We have had Door Specialty work on the garage doors at the house and our shop door. They rebuilt the house garage door after the spring broke, replacing with a dual spring setup. We had them come fix a broken spring on the shop door, they replaced both springs upgrading to bigger springs on both side because the weight of the door. Will not hesitate to call again, they were able to get to the jobs quickly and fix the problems in a timely manor.

Travis was excellent in getting my new system operating efficiently…it was an old ‘operator’ so there were some challenges but he was very patient and thorough to make sure it would work…so much appreciate the friendly service and time spent to get it operating properly!

I called at 8:10 and was told someone could be out after 12. The technician, Kyle, called at 9:15 and asked if he could be there early around 9:30. He had everything replaced and fixed within an hour. He had to repair a previous repair done by midstate and they had installed an incorrectly sized spring that broke prematurely. I was happy that he came out, inspected everything and gave a quote for repairs before working and was spot on on with the quote. That was another problem we had previously with the other company. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent place to do business!!!!! Jake and Dalton came to my house to do existing door repairs and new door seals. They were here at the appointment time, they were very polite and knowledgeable about what needed done. They cleaned up after the repairs, and made sure everything was operating correctly, and made sure that I was satisfied with what all they had done. I am not able to do a lot of repairs anymore and I have had several different types of repair people at my home….but NONE of them were as helpful, polite, and efficient as Jake and Dalton. I also have nothing but praise for Christina and the office help for their knowledge and help with what I needed. I just really can’t say enough about how happy I am with my entire experience with this company and the employees I dealt with. Scott H, Shelbyville IL

We had a door replacement done by Eric & Dalton. They were very friendly, informative & worked great together as a team! Interesting process, wouldn’t hesitate using them again if needed. Office personnel especially Zach & Christina got the combination of panels we wanted – Thanks Bob & Jane.
