Our garage is unique and has extremely tall ceilings. Our support brackets crashed into our garage and therefore the door was shut with our cars in it. O’Connor came out right away and on-time and fixed the entire issue within an hour. They also class some additional maintenance on our door, tracks and opener. They were fantastic and extremely reasonable. I highly recommend their service and will always use them from here on out!

I’m a former carpenter, contractor, and part-time garage door installer. I’ve put away the tools for a few years now so when my overhead door opener stopped working I looked around for a local specialist to help diagnose and fix it. I found O’Connor Garage Door through the NextDoor site and gave them a call. Mary was pleasant and efficient when I called to schedule and their tech Tim came out the next afternoon. My opener is one of the fancier and more complex models but Tim was able to diagnose the issue, order the part, and return the next day to install it. I have a half century of experience in building construction, the building trades, and home inspections so I know a good tech and a good company from a bad one. These folks are trustworthy, capable, and efficient. I could not be happier with the entire experience and I recommend them without reservation.
