Was able to book same day appointment, the technician Michael went into some details over all the options Happy with the end result, the repair on the spring was done as well as on the other moving part. Can’t comment how competitive the pricing was as did not get any quotes.

Very fast response. They came within 24 hours and offered several options to replace the door opener, all at a reasonable price. They were also very fast to replace a defective part from the manufacturer.

We just moved into a new (to us) house a month ago. Over the weekend, one of the garage doors broke one of its cables that holds the door up. This caused it to tilt and not close properly. Last night, I looked up repairmen in my area, came across Four Seasons, booked online, and had someone come out this morning. Problems were fixed, the door is working beautifully, and Oz didn’t try to upsell me on anything, which I greatly appreciated. He asked how much we would be using the door and recommended the appropriate spring mechanism for our low usage, instead of trying to sell us on the more expensive one. All in all, I could not be more pleased with how the interaction went – from the extremely easy online booking process, to the communication and timeliness of Oz, to the quality of work done. We may replace our doors in the near future, and I can guarantee that Four Seasons will be the first place we contact.

My garage door cable broke. We were stuck. I called at 8:30 at night, they took my information, and arrived the next morning. Oz was very thorough and professional. Everything was fixed and ready to go in an hour. I definitely recommend Four Seasons!!!! I’ve lived in Naperville for 67 years and have found it’s hard to find reliable help. Thank you Oz!!

Reasonably priced for a small door opener installation, was at my home within 45 minutes of calling, the job was done in less than 2 hrs and accepted card payments. Very friendly and very detailed in making sure everything functioned properly before leaving. I would definitely recommend Four Seasons to anyone in need of service.
