My springs broke on my garage door the day before the Fourth of July. The day after the Fourth of July, Aladdin was here for me and Sam replaced them at a very reasonable price. Could I have done this myself maybe, but garage doors are one of the more dangerous home repairs and I was really glad to have a Aladdin on my side. If you ever have the need, Aladdin is the way to go.

I needed a new garage door opener installed, and since I’d had great service from Aladdin at a previous address I called them again. They came quickly, described the various options available, answered all of my questions about the different options (including scenarios related to would the model I was interested in still work with a new garage door if I replace that in the next few years), and did the install right then. Not only did Sam install the garage door opener, but programmed the remotes, set up an access key pad, AND replaced the weather stripping along the bottom edge of the door! Sam was awesome; he was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. He arrived on time and completed everything within 2 hours. Great product, excellent service! I would definitely recommend Aladdin.

Initial Post from 2021 – Arrived on time (about 3 hours from when I called) and quickly fixed my issue. Very knowledgeable and personable. I’ve used Aladdin for years and will continue to do so. Updated June 6, 2024 – Aladdin continues to do great work! The time finally came to replace my door and while I did shop around Aladdin had the best prices compared to other “Garage Door Companies” and even the Big Box stores like HD, Lowes, Menards. Their installation was smooth and my wife loves the new garage door. I continue to highly recommend Aladdin!

Mark Naeem came out within a few hours of me calling Aladdin with what I would discover was a broken spring. He fixed the problem and offered a few different potential price points, was up front about the cost, and Aladdin didn’t charge just to send someone out. On top of that, Mark helped educate me on some of the lesser-known functionality of my garage door, which was a nice added bonus. Will definitely use Aladdin again should the need arise.

Review for Aladdin Doors I am extremely happy with the service call I had with Nick at Aladdin Doors. I purchased a two-car garage door from Home Depot, opting for their best model with all the extras. However, after the installation, there was an annoying bump noise on the second and third wheels. The HD installer told me this was normal, but I was frustrated. Seeking a solution, I called Aladdin Doors for a consultation. They sent Nick, who reinstalled the door with a 20-degree lift instead of the original 12-degree lift. After Nick completed the reinstall, I am finally extremely happy with my purchase for the first time. Thank you, Aladdin Doors, for your professional assessment and installation. I worked with both Mykel and Mark from Aladdin Doors to replace the broken spring on my garage door. Both were very professional in explaining the issue I had. Repair work was done same day which I needed and was done very professionally. My garage door has never worked as well as it does today. Very happy with the work from Aladdin Doors!
