This is my third time using the company. This time the torsion spring snapped and needed attention for the door to work. Tristan was out 5 hours after the call. Fixed in about 45 minutes. Family business, and have met dad and son. Great company!!!!!

The Garage Door shop did a fantastic job! They removed a 90-year-old garage door that you had to manually open and close, and turned it into a fully automatic and Bluetooth connected door that even has an app to go along with it! Even better, there is a backup battery for the motor in case the power goes out so that it can still be used!

The Garage Door Shop is a A+ class act small family owned business. Lance and crew framed out a garage and exterior door on an enclosed carport for me, and then came back later and installed the garage door opener and the exterior door. Great communication, fair and up front pricing, and my carport is now transformed into a full blown garage! HIGHLY recommend and would hire them again. It feels good doing business with local professionals with a high work ethic and integrity, as well as pride in their work that they stand by. Thank you!

I’ve had the Garage Door Shop put in a new door and have called them once for storm repair to it and once for a different issue. Both times they were able to come the same day and take care of the problem to help me feel safe and secure in my home. I also love the door that they’ve installed and would highly recommend them to friends, family, and strangers on the internet!

I had an emergency repair . Called late in the evening and they came out first thing in the morning. Very professional , repaired the door and went the extra mile. It is hard to find this kind of service anymore.

Called and scheduled an appointment to get an estimate on a new garage door opener last week. We agreed on a price and install date. The date came and passed and no one showed up or called. Very unprofessional! As a customer, I should not have to call you to find out why YOU didn’t show up. Very disappointing!

Called them when my garage door broke and had no idea why. Came out the next day, knew what was wrong right away and fixed it fast and for a very good price. Went above just fixing it also. Oiled it for me and put it back on track. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again.
