After a textbook backed-out-of-the-garage-and-clipped-the-door’s-track resulted in some damage to an already compromised door, we called Illinois Garage Door Repair. They had a tech out the next day who walked us through damage we’d seen and damage we were unaware of. We talked through options from minimalist repair to full replacement and decided (with no pressure from the tech) to go with a full repair. He wrote the order on Tuesday and a team of installers were onsite Thursday. Because they were delayed getting to our house they actually assigned extra technicians to ensure they completed the job in a reasonable time. Work was done quickly, competently and cleanly. Highly recommend these guys.

Excellent service. Technician was very knowledgeable and efficient, and very friendly. Garage door broke on Friday and they were there to fix it Monday morning. The charge was very reasonable. I am very appreciative.

First they had bad service, calling so many times to fix problems and it’s been less than a year exactly 8 months with the problem leaking, adjustment and no one is showing up it was also a top quality door.

Very expensive or was not trustworthy when I wasn’t home and my wife was just there. Charged my wife $500 for changing a pair of springs on garage door just now. A pair of springs on garage door should not cost More than $250 for the pair with labor included. Won’t use or Recommend anymore

I needed to have my 25 YO garage door opener replaced. Price was reasonable and they didn’t try to sell me parts that I didn’t need. Or start with the most expensive option like another company did to me (twice the price for identical request). If your on the fence have this company provide a free quote. Got the door up and running the same day.

Twice now (last week and today) I had an appointment set in their 2 hour window and they no showed and no called. How do companies like this stay in business? And they were going to charge $29 to give me a quote for a new door. Another 1/2 day off of work wasted on these guys.
