After waiting for weeks for parts to come in I was ghosted. When I’ve tried to call them now for the past few weeks, they blocked my number and I’m unable to get through to anyone. My wife was able to call them though and leave a voicemail. These people will string you along for weeks and then do zero work. The only positive is I haven’t paid them anything to order my parts.

My experience with this company has been pretty perplexing. Everyone I dealt with while ordering and installing my garage doors was wonderful. The job was completed on time and at the price quoted. However, getting us a bill has apparently been the hard part… After multiple calls talking to front office staff about sending us the bill for installation and never receiving one, we decided to wait and see what happens. 8 months after installation, we finally received the bill. Not really sure how they are still in business if they’re so far behind on billing. If you want new doors for a good price, give these guys a call. Just don’t expect your bill for a long time.
