Brandon installed my new lift master garage door opener. He did a great job ,was on time and completed the installation in the time frame he said it would take. Upon completion he explained everything about the operation of the new opener. Demonstrated great customer service skills.

The owner Brandon is the most reliable vendor I’ve ever worked with. Even after-hours he’ll respond immediately and head directly over. Whether it’s a standard garage door, our overhead rolling door, or any of the mechanical doors on our property, First Class is able to locate parts, and in some cases, has fabricated parts for us at a very reasonable cost. First Class is responsive and trustworthy. In the 8 years I’ve used them I’ve never once had an issue with communication, timeliness, or workmanship. I highly recommend FCGD – it’s hard to find vendors you trust but Brandon and his team are top notch.

My garage door busted during the -5° night this winter. I was worried that I wouldnt be able to get anyone out for a few days and that my pockets would take a big hit. NOPE! Branden got his team out there within a couple hours of me calling. He diagnosed the problem, told me to relax and wait inside. When I came back out it was like a new garage door. We just moved into the house about a year ago and I just thought the garage door was supposed to sound like a robot falling down the stairs. They not only fixed the issue, but serviced and lubricated it. It sounds like a new, silent door now. My wife was happy because the man who came to fix it kept his mask on the whole time and respected social distancing. Great and lucky to find a trusting company for emergencies!
