Incredible. Arrived to my door 20 minutes after I called them. Worked with skill and friendliness, and overall SPEED. their prices were much cheaper than the largest quote, but a bit more than the lowest quote, so kind of the sweet spot you want for a professional.

Scheduling was on time and easy. Luis and Eddie did a fast job diagnosing and solving the issue. The flat rate to come out was reasonable especially with two technicians and how fast they came out. However, charging me $75 for a $20 part/kit was a bit disappointing.

Garage door broke, Called Superior early Saturday morning and they had Eddie come out. He was prompt, communicated well, friendly, and got the garage door fixed in less than 30 minutes! Superior Overhead Door was a pleasure to work with. Sonja was great at getting someone out quickly to give us a quote and then explaining the quote. The installers arrived exactly at the time I was given and they were professional as well cleaned up the work site when they were finished. They explained how to use the remotes and keypad and answered any of my questions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new garage door. They did a great job from start to finish. The hardest part for us was being forced to clean out the garage so they could install the door!

What service. They were responsive and helpful from day 1! Sonja was even so kind as to stop by to pick up a check since she was in my area! It’s hard to find good honest service these days so I am grateful for this company. They were always on time and the doors were installed beautiful.
