This might be the second review I’ve ever done and normally don’t have time for it, but these guys deserve my time! I called them this morning and Omar answered, told him that the sprocket broke off my Liftmaster opener and the chain came off. He gave me a couple time slots, same day, to come out and take a look. I asked him if it could be repaired and he said yes, without even flinching, he quoted me $165 to replace the sprocket/gear. When he got here he took a look at it and advised me that there are 2 sprockets on my lift, one for high gear and one for a slower gear. He said that he could simply switch the chain to the other sprocket and get me going, which he did with 20 minutes of arriving. He then calibrated everything and went around and lubed the springs and all the rollers for me, even took a look at another lift I have that’s been broken for quite some time and advised me on what he thinks might be wrong with it, but he didn’t have the parts to fix it right there and then. We decided to leave that one alone for now, cause I really don’t need it right this second and he said that if I wanted to do it my self, that he would be happy to come back out when I have it running and calibrate it for me. When Omar was done I asked him how much I owed him and he said $90 for a service call, I was floored! To be flat out honest, I cannot recall the last time I EVER had someone come and fix something and charging less than what they quoted me, even though the part in question was only worth $10-$20 most likely, but then go above and beyond what I asked them to do and charge me WAY less! Just when I began to lose faith in humanity, Omar came along and reassured me that there are still good, hard working, honest people out there, that aren’t going to to take advantage of you. Omar you have a customer for life my friend, thank you for your honesty and integrity! God Bless!

Affordable garage doors were extremely polite and professional in installing my new garage door opener Only issue l have with them is the wall mount door opener was defective and they replaced it with a different one to use until a new one from Chamberland could be found Waiting 5 weeks now

I had problem with garage door. The spring on both sides came off. They picked my call right away and came this morning under given time frame. Changed the drums and fixed the door. I forgot to ask the name but was very professional and friendly. The cost was very reasonable. I would recommend affordable Garage Doors for their service.
