I’m so pleased with the work Justin did completing our Home Depot purchased unit install today. We had some problems with the initial installation completed by another fellow. But the manager was helpful and sent Justin out and all looks and works beautiful now. Justin at Overhead Door of Coeur d’Alene was absolutely fabulous. He has been to our house on many occasions and has always been efficient and professional at fixing our old garage doors. He is clearly a well trained professional and is good at his job. We put a sticker next to our garage door opener so we always know who to call if there is ever a problem. Justin from Overhead Door came out and evaluated why my garage door wasn’t working, gave me some options, and like everyone else in these times of economic crisis we went for the cheapest option. A few days later I lost the motor in the garage door, absolutely no fault whatsoever from Justin or Overhead Door. He came back out and within a little time I was back in business. Thank you Justin you were very professional and knowledgeable about the situation. These guys are great and I have used them for years and will do so for years to come.
