I called to have someone come out, heard nothing back from Alex after speaking with him directly just the day before. No communication whatever, call was forwarded to voicemail and the company he uses that dispatches technicians were also not helpful at all. Very unprofessional with communication at this point. If they couldnt come out then he should have just stated that in the phonecall

My garage door cable snapped and I reached out to these folks. They responded very fast and within an hour, a technician was at our house. He changed the cables installing heavier cables than the originals. He the serviced our garage door opener and when it’s time to change the opener, we will surely contact them. I am very impressed with the work and would definately recommend. Thanks !!

Great customer service, easy to schedule an appointment, friendly and professional technicians. Reasonably priced. Alex was our technician and answered all my questions and helped me program our keypad. Highly recommend this company!

Merit Garage Door Repair Inc. did an excellent job on our replacement install. The technician was very professional and took the time everything he was doing. After the install was complete I notice that our door was slightly different from our neighbors. The door that was order was missing the locks so Dan was able to take the existing locks off of our old door and place them on the new so we would still be in compliance with HOA. I would highly recommend Merit Garage Door Repair Inc. to family and friends.
