I used Yelp to find a vendor for my garage door. I immediately received eight responses. Tommy with Alpha Doors was the only one that was not selling before he saw the problem. He actually understood my issues based on my initial request. Even though Woodstock is not an area he usually covers, he chose to come by and see me. I showed him all the work and research that I had done and showed him the garage door, and within 15 minutes he had already discovered the problem. I would recommend Alpha Doors and specifically Tommy to anyone who is having a problem with their garage system. Is courteous intelligent and knows what he’s doing. Thanks Tommy.

I had a broken spring and a broken pulley. I called Alpha Door. Tommy came out on time with all the parks needed on his truck and had both springs and pulleys replaced, balanced and turned up in less than 1.5 hours. I have replaced springs myself but I’m too old to do it anymore. Tommy did a great job and for a fair price. I will definitely use Alpha Door again.
