The new garage door opener is great. The Company on the other hand, is either a FRAUD or the company is being DEFRAUDED by a group of employees. This just happened today February 19th. I had new door opener installed, which works great, no problems, but when it came time to pay, the installer insisted on having cash or a check made out to cash, which I found very odd, because anyone can cash it. So we decided to use a credit card. When I walked out with the card to give it to him his deminer totally changed. After he left I called the company, to ask about what had happened. The first person I spoke said the check was supposed to be made out to the Company, I then got a call from a so called ‘Supervisor’ and asked her the same question, and she said the check could be made out as ‘Cash’. That raised a lot of red flags for me. PLEASE USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK! THERE IS SOMETHING NOT RIGHT.

Very good at what they do. Customer service was amazing. Did a good job with the job. Haven’t had any issues since they fixed. Prices was just right. They also came out the same day which I think is really cool.
