Had a broken spring and wanted the rollers replaced as well. They came the same day and completed the work quickly. Bob was great and the guys he sent over were as well.

Our spring had broken on our garage door. The trolley had also broke. I called Bob and his team and they were able to diagnose the problem and we were able to get everything fixed. Thank you!

The wife and I had issues figuring out what was wrong with our garage door. We called Bob and he was quick to send some of him guys to help us out (Shawn & Neil). Bob was very fair with his pricing and more important the quality of work was exceptional. Both gentleman were extremely knowledgeable, worked well, were very respectful and efficient. We were so happy to have chosen Mid Florida Garage Doors. We highly recommend Bob and his staff for any garage door issue’s.

I have never in my 63 years of living I never had such an amazing experience as I had with Mid Florida Garage Doors unfortunately I could only give 5 stars, they deserve a hundred! I reached out on Friday and I had the absolute pleasure of talking with Bob. He is a true professional that gave me some options as far as replacement of my 35 year old opener. He told me that I will be contacted Saturday and was true to his word. Todd came out on Saturday to size everything thing up. I stood aback with amazement again! Todd was a seasoned professional that was so personalable and knowledgeable about the whole process and described in detail of my options. Sunday on mother’s day Bob contacted me with the proposal for 2 different systems. I decided to go with the Chamberlain belt driven model that had cornucopia of fantastic features. Todd showed up this morning (Monday), and kept me informed of the steps that he was doing. Once again, what a professional!!! He replaced my opener in a very reasonable amount of time. When he was finished he explained to me in perfect detail of all of the workings of my new system. When he left the place was immaculate! And the cost was very reasonable. I can’t thank Bob and Todd enough for giving me the best home service ever! Thank you gentlemen.

Another fantastic experience with Mid Florida!! Time after time these guys show up and exceed my expectations. Our old door needed some TLC and the tech that arrived gave it just that. Runs so smooth again! We will likely replace it in the coming years and I will absolutely use Bob and his guys at Mid Florida without question! They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and consistent in communication and work ethic. They never try to oversell me or convince me of replacing unnecessary things. We’ve used this company several times with different properties we own and we gladly recommend them to everyone.

Bob was so kind & excellent to deal with, we had a pleasant experience with this company! I called a few places for quotes on adding a keypad and remote to my older door and he was the only one that didn’t try to sell me an entire new opener unit. Would definitely recommend to family & friends! It’s great to know there are still honest reliable companies out there!
