I”M A MAGIC CUSTOMER FOREVER! My belt frayed on my Lift master garage door opener. The motor was fine. My first call was to a repair company in NSB. He answered IMMEDIATELY said that he wasn’t sure if my opener could be fixed if it was old. I asked if I could text a photo of the opener and belt, so he could see that it wasn’t old. It was here when I bought my house 5 years ago. He said yes. Two minutes later, he received my text with photos. *Crickets* An hour later, I called Magic Overhead Door. The friendly women IMMEDIATELY said my opener had a LIFETIME belt warranty, and gave me the phone number to call the manufacturer for a free replacement. They could install it for $89. Hmmm. Why did the NSB company say it might be too old to put on a new belt if the manufacturer warranties the opener belt for life? Didn’t make sense to me, AND the NSB company never responded back….and it’s been over a week. Maybe he was disappointed that he couldn’t install a new opener and make more money off me. This all happened on a holiday week, and I was afraid I’d wait too long for the manufacturer to send a replacement, so I called Magic back and asked how much it would cost to buy the belt from them. She said about $100 and they could install it the next day! Yippee. She actually apologized that they couldn’t come out that very day. What amazing customer service! Brian came out the next morning. He was friendly and professional. He replaced the belt and lubed and checked the door rails, and insured me that the door and opener were in great shape. The bill was even a little less than quoted on the phone. I will recommend Magic Overhead Door to everyone. Honestly, I can’t imagine anyone who can beat their professionalism, promptness and price.

After years of service my door looked like it tore itself up, fortunately my car was outside when it happened. Magic promptly responded, actually early, and quickly fixed the door at a modest cost.

Magic Overhead Door did great work for our homes two car garage door today! The door we had was toast, all of it was bad for multiple reasons (felt great to watch it get taken down). They scheduled an appointment and got the wheels in motion. Mike and Clifford were the installers who did the job. Once they started, they didn’t stop except for a short break and knocked it out. The door is smooth, quiet and gave my house a nice facelift. Also, Magic Overhead Door installed all six large roll up garage doors at our family run auto repair shop and four more at a different location. That was done over 20 years ago and they all still work excellent. Thanks guys 👍

Magic Overhead Door installed a complete new garage door and opener replacing my 1999 door. It couldn’t have been easier and they did a great job. They ordered all parts, handled permit and installed in a timely and professional way. Highly recommend them!

I was in a real jam when my decades old garage door fell off the hinges and could not be closed. Patty was able to get a repair guy (Ray) out here the next day and he fixed the door, that was significantly bent, and the door now works as good as new! No wonder the company is named Magic Overhead Door. If I ever decide to get a new door I know who to call. Highly recommended. This is a new review of full door installation 3/28/24 and once again they exceeded my expectations. This is a company I highly recommend without question. Save yourself the headache of calling around as you will be more than satisfied with MagicDoor. This is not a paid review.
