The communication was excellent at every step of the process. The team was on time, polite, and very professional. We will definitely use them again with our next remodeling project.

All his subcontractors are professional, respectful, and responsible. Katie, who handles scheduling and paperwork is fantastic. She was also great for running design ideas with. Land & Sea Masters 5 months agoI have to say this is the worst customer experience i’ve ever had in my entire life. There all smiles until they get their money. Our new seawall started losing soil Is very shortly after they installed it. I’ve had another company come out since then and tell me that it’s due to a failing weap hole. We had it installed in two thousand and twenty one and have nothing but the running round. We’ve been promised it would be fixed and nobody has called to even keep us up to date. Joe Vath The owner finally came out to look at it and told me that he would have it taken care of between job And I have heard nothing. I’m going to have to end up Filing legal action and paying another company in order to correct the sea wall which should have been done right in the first place. We even had to pay Over two thousand dollars over there original quote For fill dirt that should have been explained When the contract was signed. We paid it and did not blink an eye. Now immediately after it was done we needed help they are nowhere to be found. I am personally in the customer service industry and I could never imagine treating a customer like this That’s trusted me with their home. Especially a project as large as my seawall. Shame on you Joe, I should have never trusted you to do work at my house. I hope this review at least steers somebody from making a terrible decision like I did when choosing this company. They did not do anything about the problem. We had to pay another company in order fix the problem.. This is absolutely the worst company i’ve ever dealt with. Is the owner Joe Does not care about his customers. He’s the worst owner i’ve ever experienced. He’s not only a liar but he’s a thief.. Please go with a different Company you don’t have the same terrible experience that I have had.. We even file the better business Bureau report And they want to do nothing to address the problem. Unfortunately our next step is to take legal action.

Prime Cut Lawncare, Inc. a year agoFirst called him and asked if they would come give a price to cut our lawn then he Hung up on me .. thinking maybe we just got disconnected so I called right back and he let it go to voicemail So i left message and asked if he would come give us a price they never called back. Don’t waste your time
