Josh had the problem figured out within seconds. The sun bouncing off the epoxy floor was effecting the light liming up correctly with the eye and that’s why we were having problems with yhe door operations. He moved the eye up a little and readjusted it and the problem was fixed. He explained what he did fully and was a very nice and professional gentleman. Our garage door failed on a Friday afternoon. The company that installed the door 6 years ago could not offer a tech to diagnose the problem until 4 weeks in the future, even after we explained the garage was the primary way for my handicapped husband to enter and exit the house. We called Delaware Express and explained the situation. The owner of the company was here the next day, Saturday, to diagnose the problem. Four days later, Delaware Express returned to repair the door. It now purrs like a kitten. Thank you, Dana, for your rapid repair of our garage door.
